Cobeo develops your collaboration capabilities through two interactive workshops, supported by pre and post activities. Using research-based Cobeo Tools, you'll reflect on your lived experiences and explore collaborative processes through role-play scenarios and guided activities. You'll gain insights into collaborative dynamics, develop self-awareness as a collaborative practitioner, and strengthen your critical thinking in collaborative contexts. The module combines evidence-based frameworks with practical experience to build highly sought-after employability skills.



Preparation

Each workshop has a set of activities to complete before (pre-workshop) or after (post-workshop). The activities involve readings, videos, podcasts, reflective prompts and self assessments. For the 2 workshops, there are 4 sets of activities as follows:

  1. Pre-workshop 1
  2. Post-workshop 1
  3. Pre-workshop 2
  4. Module completion activity

What participants will learn

  1. Identify collaborative strengths & development areas;
  2. Apply understanding of creative and collaborative cycles to support effective teamwork and partnership

Advice

Students can expand their knowledge and skills in collaboration by completing Cobeo Module 2. Completing Cobeo Module 1 beforehand is recommended.

Completion

The completion activity is a response to prompts in relation to your beliefs, knowledge and skills on collaboration.

There is no right way to respond or feel about a collaborative process.
