Completion Evidence

Your Completion Evidence is the completion task for every KNoT you finished, collated with a reflection on your Project and a final reflection on the whole course. Submit each KNoT completion task as you go — from that KNoT’s own page, within 10 days of the KNoT — then add the Project and final reflections at the end. The ideas for your Shareable Artefact usually come from here.

Due dates are listed on the assessment overview

Submit each KNoT completion task

Each KNoT completion task is submitted from that KNoT’s own page — open the KNoT on the KNoT Schedule and use the submission link there, within 10 calendar days of the KNoT. That link names the KNoT on the form for you.

Submit your Project completion

Submit your SoCIETIE Project completion via the Qualtrics survey (ANU login required).

Submit your final reflection

Submit your final reflection via the Qualtrics survey (ANU login required). It uses the same form as a KNoT completion task, with the KNoT named as “Final Reflection”.

What you submit

Whichever pathway you are on, you hand in the same three things:

  • Your collated completion tasks — one for each KNoT you completed, typically 250–500 words each.
  • A reflection on your Project against the KNoTs you completed — typically 250–500 words. Attach anything that shows the work (plans, photos, video, reports, designs) as an appendix.
  • A final reflection on your learning journey across the whole course — typically 500 words.

How many KNoTs and Project hours you are working toward, and where your Shareable Artefact tends to draw from, depends on your chosen pathway. You chose yours in your Course Pathway Plan, and you can change it when circumstances change.

Writing your reflection

The reflection parts are not meant to be onerous — they are where you draw a thread through the course. For prompts, sentence starters, and the five areas a strong reflection covers, see Writing Your Reflection.

Assessment Criteria

Complete the task in line with the guidance above. How it is then graded depends on your course code:
